THE BOWER HOTEL SPA

At the entrance of the property, you will find our purpose-built treatment room, which has been designed to provide our in-house guests with relaxing and rejuvenating treatments, and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking a permanent part-time therapist to join our day-spa team starting this April.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working autonomously in the hotel spa you will be required to perform skin treatments, relaxation massages, advise clients on products and regimes, and recommend home-care solutions.

Using your beauty knowledge, you will prescribe for your client’s skincare needs, offering products and solutions that will reflect your professionalism. You are encouraged to take ownership of this treatment room including set up, pack down and maintaining the spas cleanliness and general upkeep.

• Confident in and enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise with clients

• Have availability to work weekends
• Are highly self-motivated and thrive in an autonomous environment
• Create a friendly and safe environment for guests to enjoy our spa services

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

• You hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
• Minimum 3 years previous industry experience
• Certification in deep tissue and/or remedial massage an advantage
• Previous experience within a hotel or resort spa environment is also an advantage
